- Candidates with PCL in relevant fields Like Nursing, Pharmacy require atleast 50% aggregate marks and registration with Nepal Nursing Council .
- Candidates awaiting Class 12 results from the National Examination Board (NEB) can apply. their admit card will be provided after they meet the 50% aggregate or GPA 2.4.
- Foreign Candidates:

- Option 1: Appear forCEE with the same eligibility as Nepalese candidates.
- Option 2: Apply for vacant seats using a national entrance exam score (like : NEET in India) with at least the 50th percentile, selecting unfulfilled seats after the MECEE BL matching process.
